Making A Purchase
Just browse our product range and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Our customer service is on tel. 0845 389 1200. We are open Monday to Friday from 10am - 5pm (answer machine after hours).
We accept MasterCard, Visa and most major debit cards.
Postage And Packaging
We will deliver your gift anywhere in the UK. We offer two delivery options - Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 for purchases under £60 and £7 for purchases over £60. We also offer an Express (overnight) delivery service. The cost of this service is £10 per delivery, orders must be placed before 2.00pm. If you would like to request a same day service or to send a gift abroad, please call us for a quote.
Delivery Schedule For Standard Delivery please allow 3-4 working days. Please note that for gifts marked with Express Delivery, orders placed from Friday - Sunday will be posted the following Monday. This schedule excludes Bank Holidays.
Availability
We endeavor to have all our gifts available throughout the year. However, from time to time this may not be possible we would contact you to offer an alternative item of similar value.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specification are correct. However, while colour production is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may appear.
Gift Wrapping
Our Luxury Gift Sets come beautifully packaged in a white gift box with either a pink or blue lift off lid and are hand-tied with pink or blue satin ribbon. A gift card is also included with your personal message. All other items can be gift wrapped for an additional £4.99. Our gift wrapping service includes a generous amount of ribbon and a card with your personal message. Please note that gift boxes are not available for some larger size items.
Gift Baskets are a white wicker lined basket and wrapped in cellophane and luxury satin ribbon, there are three sizes of basket and we will select the appropriate size for the gift.
Fancy Dress Packaging The outfits will be packaged in a box with white tissue paper.

Returns
Policy We hope you are delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund at your option. Please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in its original condition and enclosing proof of purchase. The postage and packaging charge is non refundable. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it by registered post. Please note that due to the special nature of our luxury gift sets, we are unable to offer refunds or exchange items for individual goods in the set. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a as a consumer which remain unaffected.
